Ann Bouck, Family Nurse Practitioner since 2001, is currently La Paloma’s seasoned NP. She has also worked in primary care and emergency medicine.
Ann is a native San Diego resident, who enjoys cycling, weightlifting, and spending time with her family in Vista.
She has a passion for preventative health, wellness, and aesthetics.

Vanessa Cordova has been a Family Nurse Practitioner at Tri-City Primary Care for over 6 years. Before that, she was a Registered Nurse at Sharp Gossmont.
Vanessa is a wife and mother of two young girls in Carlsbad.
She enjoys spending quality time with her family, and participating in fitness competitions.
